The main function of the brake cylinder is to decelerate and stop the forklift by pushing the brake pads. When the driver steps on the brake pedal, the brake master cylinder generates thrust and distributes the hydraulic oil pressure to each cylinder. The piston inside the cylinder begins to move under the action of the hydraulic pressure, thereby pushing the brake pads to rub against the brake drum to achieve the braking effect.
After stepping on the brake, the master cylinder generates thrust to press the hydraulic oil to the cylinder, and the piston inside the cylinder begins to move under the hydraulic pressure to push the brake pads. The oil brake is composed of a brake master cylinder and a brake oil storage tank. It is connected to the brake pedal at one end and the brake oil pipe at the other end.
When the brake is stepped on, the oil outlet opens, and the oil inlet closes. Under the pressure of the pump piston, the brake oil pipe is squeezed out of the oil pipe and flows to each brake cylinder for braking. When the brake pedal is released, the oil inlet opens so that the brake oil will flow back from each brake cylinder to the master cylinder.

The brake cylinder works through a hydraulic system. When the driver presses the brake pedal, the brake fluid is transferred from the main pump to the cylinder, pushing the piston inside to generate braking force. This method ensures fast response and uniform force transmission.
Designed to be extremely compact to fit the limited space inside the wheel. Made of aluminum alloy or cast iron, it ensures high strength while minimizing overall weight for better performance.
Contains precision-engineered pistons. The multi-piston design in high-performance models provides stronger braking force and superior heat dissipation during heavy operation.
Built for high temperature and corrosion resistance. The modular structure allows for easy maintenance; if oil leakage occurs, the cylinder can be replaced individually without overhauling the entire system.
