Q1: If we don't find what we need on your website, what should we do?
You can send us the OE number of the product you need, we will check if we have them. We also develop new models according to customer's needs; you can contact us for more details.
Q2: Can I get a price discount if I order large quantities?
Yes, it depends on your purchasing quantity; the more you order, the better the discount we can offer.
Q3: What about the delivery time?
If we have stock, we can send the goods within 3 working days. If we don't have stock, it generally takes between 10 to 40 days depending on the item.
Q4: What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We accept sample orders for quality testing (1 piece). For normal orders, the MOQ is 50 pieces for an order with mixed models.
Q5: What are the payment terms and conditions?
We accept T/T, LC, Trade Assurance, Western Union, Paypal, and Moneygram.
Q6: Do you test all your goods prior to shipping?
Yes, we conduct 100% testing on our products prior to shipping and provide container loading pictures to our customers for reference.
