What are your terms of delivery?
We offer multiple delivery terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, and DDP. If you have a warehouse or agent in China, we can arrange delivery to your specified location.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you settle the balance.
Can you produce according to specific samples?
Yes, we can manufacture products based on your samples or technical drawings. Full OEM services are available to meet your requirements.
What is the expected delivery time?
For stock orders, shipment is arranged within 3-5 days. For bulk orders, it typically takes around 20 days after the receipt of your advance payment.
What are your packing standards?
Generally, we use neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Customized branded packaging is available for customers with legally registered patents and authorization.
