What are your terms of packing?
Generally, the goods are packaged in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Customized boxes are available if you have your own design.
What are your terms of delivery?
We offer multiple delivery terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDU to meet your logistics needs.
What are your terms of payment?
Our standard terms are T/T 30% as a deposit, and the 70% balance is required before delivery.
Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce based on your physical samples or technical drawings. We are capable of building the necessary molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?
We provide samples for approval. Typically, 1 or 2 samples are free of charge, though customers are asked to cover the initial courier costs, which can be credited back upon order placement.
