Q1. What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in branded color boxes or neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Customized branded packaging is available upon authorization.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before final payment.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific time depends on the items and order quantity.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We are capable of building the necessary molds and fixtures.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply 1 or 2 sets of samples free of charge, but customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
Q6. Do you have E-mark certification for your parts?
A: Yes, the European market is one of our primary markets, and most of our brake parts are covered with E-mark certificates.
